Adding in another person will be double the base cost.
Backgrounds can be added from simple to complex. Images will have a transparent version as well as a simple gradient background or similar with no added cost if a more detailed background is not added.
Anything more complex such as detailed wings, tattoos, armour, etc… will have an additional cost to cover the extra time needed.
