I reserve the right to add to or change these terms at any time.
I reserve the right to not accept a commission without explanation.
The commissioner may use the work purchased as they wish so long as no profit is made and visual credit is given to the artist. A personal print may be made, use as an icon, post to a personal gallery, etc… A high resolution image will be provided for personal use as well as a lower resolution image with a watermark in order to post if they wish to do so.
I reserve full rights to the image and it’s distribution unless otherwise discussed. eg. prints, posts, compilations, videos, etc…
Payment will be through Paypal via an invoice sent by the artist. Invoices are due within 7 days of receiving them. If payment is not received the commission will be cancelled.
I have the right to cancel a commission at any time and issue a full refund. If a cancellation is required by the commissioner a full refund will be provided if the work has not started yet. If it is during the creation process a partial refund will be provided in order to cover the cost of time put into it.
A 300dpi image with a maximum of 4000px on the longest side will be provided.
Up to 3 revisions can be provided during the sketch phase. If more are required an additional price can be discussed.
WIPs and updates will be provided via email and occasionally posted on social media. Progress will also be displayed on this site.
Provide any pertinent information together in one concise email to keep everything as easy to manage as possible. Provide anything you think I should know before going into it. eg. eye colour if not clear, landscape or portrait layout, pose ideas, a certain emotion, etc… At least one visual reference is required.
Sending payment is an agreement to these terms.
